Experience and Key Assignments:

Richard is a trainee lawyer at DF Advocates and is currently reading for a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree at the University of Malta. In 2016, he successfully completed his thesis entitled “Making a Case for an Administrative Court in Malta” which proposed an overhaul of the Maltese administrative justice system in favour of a unified structure providing more efficient administrative justice. Richard’s main areas of interest include corporate and commercial law, gaming law and financial services, and he intends to pursue a Masters degree in relation to these areas.
