Luana joined DF Advocates as a legal intern in 2018 and is now an Associate within the Firm, after having read for a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree in 2017 and graduated as a lawyer with a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta in 2018. She was subsequently admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2019.

Luana specialises in financial services, advising and assisting financial institutions, investment funds and investment services companies. Luana has also been involved in conducting daily AML/CFT functions. She has also been involved in civil and financial services litigation, including conducting legal research and the reviewing and drafting of legal documents.
