Experience and Key Assignments

Celia joined the firm in 2016. Prior to joining DF Advocates,  she gained thorough experience serving as in house legal counsel  to a leading provider in fund and corporate services and senior associate in a law firm.

 Celia is a senior associate in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department of the Firm. Her principal area of practice is general commercial and corporate law as well as trust law and intellectual property law. She has developed a wide ranging commercial law practice advising corporate clients on corporate and commercial matters including M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and company secretarial matters. She advises on trusts and foundations and has been involved in the  structuring of Maltese trusts and Foundations.  She is proficient in drafting a legal instruments including agreements relating to the Organisation of Business, Sale of Shares and Businesses, Intellectual Property and Supply of Goods And Services.
