Corporate and AML Administrators

DF Advocates is a Malta-based law firm providing advice to international and local clients in day-to-day operations, local and cross border transactions and a multitude of complex issues spanning various industries.

We are currently looking for Corporate and AML Administrators to join our team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

        • Assist in the client onboarding and screening process;
        • Conducting review of client files and customer due diligence data;
        • Assist in submission of statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry;
        • Updating client database;
        • Assisting other members of the team in corporate and compliance matters.

Applicants are expected to:

        • have at least one (1) year previous work experience in a similar role or in a corporate services environment;
        • have knowledge of AML/CFT compliance obligations;
        • be proficient in written and spoken Maltese and English;
        • have strong interpersonal skills and be meticulous;
        • have excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.

Remuneration:

An attractive remuneration package that is commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications will be offered to the chosen candidates.
