The Employment team at DF Advocates provides a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment services. We act for both employers and employees, including Senior Executives, CEOs and Non-executive directors, operating in the various industries covered by other specialist across the Firm. Our services include advice and assistance at recruitment stage, advising on and assisting in the drafting of employment agreements, employment policies, codes of conduct, bonus schemes, share-option and similar incentive schemes, negotiating termination and settlement agreements, advising on discrimination, abuse and harassment issues, advising on post termination/non-compete restrictions. We also provide dispute resolution services, including managing litigation and acting for clients in the Employment and Industrial Relations Tribunal, Court of Appeal as well as in front of disciplinary and investigative boards. The Employment team works closely with the Corporate, Financial Services, Gaming, Immigration and Dispute Resolution teams within the Firm to ensure that holistic, expert advice and assistance is provided to the client by taking into account inter aliaindustry specific rules and practices.
