DF Advocates litigation department is composed of a team of experienced advocates who are regularly engaged before the Maltese courts and in arbitration proceedings in Malta. Our team provides assistance to a variety of maritime and shipping disputes, including the enforcement of maritime claims and arrest of vessels, disputes arising out of Charterparties and Bills of lading, disputes arising out of ship building and ship repair contracts; disputes arising out of salvage, collision, towage and pilotage ect.
